Entry to the performance site constitutes an agreement to terms and conditions outlined below.
ENTRY AGREEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & TERMS OF ATTENDANCE
Entry to and presence at any Tampa Bay Rodeo performance or event site constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Assumption of Risk
By entering the premises, all patrons voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at a live event, including but not limited to risks occurring before, during, or after the performance. Such risks include injury, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from crowd activity, animals, equipment, environmental conditions, or the actions of other patrons.
Premises Coverage
These terms apply to all areas associated with the event, including but not limited to:

performance areas

seating areas
-
entrances and exits
-
walkways and concessions
-
parking lots and surrounding grounds

any location under the control or operation of Tampa Bay Rodeo
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampa Bay Rodeo, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, death, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Tampa Bay Rodeo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Uncontrollable Events
Tampa Bay Rodeo shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, government action, equipment failure, civil disturbance, or other force majeure events.
Patron Conduct
Patrons must behave in a safe and respectful manner. Tampa Bay Rodeo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Photography & Recording
Professional photography and video recording are prohibited without written consent. Personal phone photography is permitted.
Show Changes
Acts, performers, schedules, pricing, seating, and venue details are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for refund.
Ticketing & Refund Policy
All sales are final unless a performance is canceled. Refunds for canceled performances will be issued to the original purchaser through the authorized ticketing provider.
Special Effects Notice
Performances may include loud noises, animals, strobe lighting, lasers, smoke, and other theatrical effects.
Data & Purchases
Order purchase data (excluding credit card information) is retained by Straw House Ticketing Inc.
